IT’S JACK WHITE DAY: NEW JACK WHITE RECORD ANNOUNCED

Because you know I am the ULTIMATE JACK WHITE FANGIRL, I’d like to take this brief special moment to tell you about the NEW JACK WHITE RECORD.

Third Man Records is releasing his new record Lazaretto due out on June 9th in the UK and June 10th here in the US (note: this is the day before my birthday, IT WAS MEANT TO BE.)

Just look at him. He is a bad ass of twisted guitar, of blue suits and of everything that comes between twisted guitar and blue suits.

Lazaretto is being released with cool special edition shit – just like Third Man Records does it: a limited edition version of the album featuring a 40-page book of lyrics and art, a poster, a bonus 7″ containing demo versions of album tracks “Alone in My Home” and “Entitlement”, and “a linen, letter-pressed postcard”. Whatever all of that is, I’m going to own it.
